• Expected salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

We're on the hunt for a talented & ambitious SEO Manager to join our award-winning Sydney-based digital agency.

Key responsibilities & day-to-days

• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s organic search goals and business objectives
• Plan and execute SEO strategies for our range of clients following best SEO practices
• Provide SEO recommendations and insights based on data and research
• Keyword research to best plan and optimise content for search
• Perform SEO analysis to look for areas of improvement within key content areas
• Implementation of search practices based on Google’s Best Search Quality Guidelines
• Conduct technical website audits
• Deliver monthly SEO reporting
• Help shape our agency's overall SEO offering and improve internal systems and processes

 

Required skills and qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in SEO with agency-side experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, IT or a related field of study
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Tools (Structured Data Testing Tool, Link Disavow, Google Search Console and Google My Business)
• Strong people and management skills
• Commitment to following Google's algorithmic updates and overall SEO industry trends
• Experience with various CMS (e.g. WordPress, Drupal)
• A positive well-rounded team player
• Track record of proven organic results
