The Role

If you are an experienced Property Manager looking for flexibility, fun and stability - this is the perfect role for you.

Our Property Managers are surrounded by support, so you are able to feel stress-free and capable in your role. Be supported by leasing, routine inspections, reception and trust accounting teams, with constant two-way communication with your leader.

A Day In The Life

• Working alongside Property Manager Associate (PMA) to deliver high quality service
• Coaching & mentoring PMA to develop their skillset, and drive the success of your portfolio
• Liaise with landlords and tenants to answer all incoming queries 
• Support with all maintenance management processes 
• Key coordination of administration processes 
• Management of the system including entering reports 
• Use innovative cloud based real estate software that will make your life easier
