Join the talented team at La Hairtopia (L'Oreal Salon) as a full-time Hairdresser in our modern salon located in Waterloo NSW 2017. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and salon services to our diverse clientele. Utilising your creativity and technical hairdressing skills, you will help clients achieve their desired look and leave feeling refreshed and confident.

What you'll be doing

• Consulting with clients to understand their hair needs and desired style.

• Cutting, colouring, and styling hair using the latest techniques and trends.

• Providing hair treatments and services such as blow-dries, perms, and extensions.

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

 

What we're looking for

• 6+ years' experience in a salon environment (domestic or international).

• Client database required for the senior role. 

• Strong technical hairdressing skills including cutting, colouring, and styling.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a tailored experience.

• Creativity and a keen eye for the latest hair trends and styles.

• Professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for the hair and beauty industry.
