About the Role

As the Senior Site Foreman, you will work on a $30M + education project, you will oversee site activities directly, working closely with the Site Manager to ensure seamless coordination. You will be supported by your project team, allowing for effective management of the project. Your responsibilities will encompass both overseeing and actively participating in the construction and commissioning of facilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for general site supervision to ensure the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.

What we’re looking for

• Great communicator who can liaise with clients, subbies and team

• Trade qualified with minimum 5 years’ experience in the position of Foreman  

• Hold current QBCC Site Supervisors Licence or Open Builders Licence

• Certificate IV in Building and Construction an advantage

• Ability to manage multiple trade activities

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Hands on experience managing all areas of on-site construction across all trades

• Experience with a variety of Education and or industrial projects

• A high attention to detail
