Lincoln Bryce Lawyers is a recognised full-service law firm predominately focusing on Separation, Relationship and Family law, located in Moonee Ponds with plans to expand along the Australian Eastern seaboard. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client outcomes and our reputable firm is looking to recruit a senior family lawyer to join our dedicated team.

The Position

An excellent opportunity for a family lawyer with passion and expertise in the area to work in a fantastic cooperative and collegial team. In this role you will enjoy quality and varied work for a wide variety of clients (more conservative and high nett worth), with the opportunity for involvement in all family law areas including complex property and high risk parenting matters, spousal maintenance and child support matters, financial agreements, mediations,  same-sex disputes, etc. You will work on matters from inception to conclusion autonomously, but in close collaboration with our Legal Director and preeminent Counsel.  You will also have the opportunity to get involved with ancillary matters that may arise from the firm’s family law matters, such as intervention order matters, quasi-criminal matters and business law matters.

The Candidate

You will currently be working in another reputable private practice with significant, minimum 5 years’, experience in family law. You will be a strong candidate for this role if you: -

1. have strong technical skills;

2. have high attention to detail;

3. are a lateral thinker with strong communication skills;

4. are able to work collaboratively and at times remotely/virtually but maintain communication with the team;

5. are commercially minded; and

6. employ sensitivity in your approach to clients.
