Senior Conveyancer/Junior Lawyer - Full time

We are a boutique firm with offices in Bowen Hills, Brisbane and Broadbeach, Gold Coast practicing mostly in residential conveyancing.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate who loves a challenge to join our team in Gold Coast or Brisbane office with the option to work from home.

Duties

You will be responsible for running residential and commercial conveyancing files from A-Z. 

Your duties will include drafting letters, dealing with clients/agents, calculating settlement figures and general file management tasks.

Candidate

You must have:

-  The ability to work independently and work under pressure;

-  Strong communication skills and great attention to detail;

-  Proven experience to liaise with clients in a professional manner;

-  Manage and oversee a wide range of residential conveyancing matters; and

-  A minimum of 3 years' experience autonomously running conveyancing files from A-Z

Remuneration

A competitive salary package with an annual bonus will be negotiated with the successful applicant commensurate with skills and experience.
