The Role
As a Senior AV Programmer, you will take a lead role in designing, developing, and implementing AV control systems. You’ll work closely with our engineering and project teams to deliver smart, intuitive, and robust AV experiences for our clients. This is a career-defining opportunity for someone ready to step into a senior, hands-on role with significant autonomy and creative influence.

  • What You’ll Do

    • Program and commission AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX, Q-SYS, etc.)

    • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients to interpret briefs and deliver exceptional solutions

    • Conduct on-site testing, diagnostics, and fine-tuning of AV systems

    • Mentor junior programmers and contribute to internal development and process improvement

    • Stay up to date with the latest technologies, programming languages, and AV trends

    • Ensure all projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget

  • What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in AV programming and systems integration

    • Extensive knowledge of AV protocols, signal flow, and control interfaces

    • Proficiency in more than one major control system platform (Crestron, AMX, Extron, Q-SYS, etc.)

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

    • Exceptional attention to detail and project documentation

    • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

    • Relevant certifications and training (Crestron Master, Extron AMX Certified, Q-SYS Level 2+, etc.) is highly regarded

    • Current driver’s licence and the ability to work across South Australia as required
