Security Technician

Servcore is a member of the ARA Group of Companies and due to recent growth in our business, we are currently recruiting a licenced Security Technician to join our team who is wishing to expand their skills base.

We offer the opportunity for the successful applicant to become a multi-disciplined tradesmen - becoming experienced in communications cabling, security and access control systems, CCTV systems, audio visual systems and PA systems.

The Role

• Installation, Servicing and Maintenance of alarms, access control, CCTV and associated systems.

• Supporting critical and essential services across various sectors

• Servicing, maintaining & supporting our Australia wide large customer base

• Working hand in hand with other technicians and project managers to deliver high quality projects.

Skills and Experience

• Proven security installation experience

• A track record for great craftsmanship, with a strong sense of pride for works performed

• Ability to demonstrate strong focus on customer satisfaction

• Experience with Integriti, Gallagher or Challenger security solutions

• Experience with Avigilon and Geutebrueck CCTV systems

• Ready to learn new technologies and grow with new experiences

• Reliable with a proven ability to work well within a team and autonomously

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with hours ranging from standard trade hours to night works, which is project specific. A possibility for regional travel from time to time.

Qualifications

• Security Licence

• Australian Driver’s Licence

• OH&S General Induction card

• Covid vaccination certificate

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
