Workfast is currently seeking an experienced 657 Scraper Operator to join a long-term civil project at Coppabella Mine.

We are actively seeking dedicated Scraper Operator join our Black Coal Mining Team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CAT 657 Scrapers efficiently and safely across various earthworks and civil tasks
• Perform daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance
• Work closely with supervisors and crew to meet production and safety targets
• Maintain high safety and environmental standards on site
• Follow site procedures and participate in toolbox talks and site meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience operating 657 Scrapers
• Current RII for scraper operation 
• Valid Australian Driver License Driver’s Licence
• Full Australian Working Rights 

Additional Information:

• Project Duration: 12+ months (ongoing)
• Drive In, Drive Out (DIDO)
• Camp: Coconut Grove Accommodation
• Roster: 7/7 rotating roster – days 
• Surface operations only – no underground work
