Scheduler - Trainee

We are currently seeking a highly driven and motivated individual to join our scheduling team and become part of our group of companies

We are looking for an applicant who is working towards a Diploma in Building (or similar) or who has experience in a similar role with a residential builder 

Role Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently take off material and labour quantities for single storey homes using contract documents and working drawings 
• Produce accurate purchase orders for relevant suppliers and sub-contractors
• Liaise with other departments within the company 
• Communicate with site supervisors and suppliers
• Obtain quotes where required
• Meet KPI’s set by department manager
