SAP EWM Functional Consultant

Job DescriptionKey accountabilities of the role:• Providing Application support and implementing enhancements in SAP EWM module.• Strong understanding of procurement processes.• Strong in providing details and functional specs to ABAP consultant.• Must understand the integration point between other SAP submodules and SAP EWM.• Must understand the integration between SAP EWM and Finance.• Strong analytical skills.• Strong consulting skills to explain process and overall procurement functionality to customer.• Has empathy in dealing with customer and team.• Problem solver on any support issues related to SAP EWM.• Preparing Specications, ow charts and process mapping of SAP EWM functionalities.• Lead the SAP EWM team and manage workloads.• Ability to work eectively without constant supervision.Key Challenges of the role :• At least 12 years’ experience managing SAP EWM project in support role.• Ability to manage client expectations and resolving tickets/incidents within SLA/KPI.• Knowledge of SAP EWM module, Materials Management/Procurement/Logistics.• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Material Management is a plus.• Must be able to manage Incidents and Requests.• Proven ability to develop functional and regression test scripts.• Responsible to co-ordinate with the Systems Integrator, Business Stakeholders, and integrated3rd Party Business Partners to eectively.• Work as a senior consultant managing customer with procient Consulting skills of SAP.• Manage the UAT test phases.• Excellent problem-solving skills.• Strong communicator in English both verbal and written.• Sound knowledge of SAP EWM, MM and procurement.Mandatory/Essential Skills and Experience (Candidates without these will not be shortlisted to thehiring managerMust Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *1.
