Wild & Savvy Hair Studio, located in the heart of the Mandurah Marina, is looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to join us full-time. In this role, you’ll focus on nurturing talent, enhancing customer experiences, and working side by side with our director to grow a business that values innovation, connection, and community.

About Us:
Founded in 2012 by Savannah-Rose, Wild & Savvy started as a one-woman home-based salon and has since grown into one of Mandurah’s go-to hair destinations. Today, we’re proud to have a dynamic team of talented stylists, each bringing their own creativity and flair to the salon floor.

From funky fashion colours and bold transformations to beachy blondes, precision cuts, lived-in looks and hair extensions, we do it all — and we do it with passion.

Who We’re Looking For:
A leader. A mentor. A visionary.
You’re a qualified hairdresser with a passion for helping others grow — and you know that exceptional customer service is just as important as exceptional styling. You’ll work closely with the Director to drive performance, improve customer experience, and grow the business from the inside out.

Your Superpowers Include:
✨ A minimum of 5 years’ experience in training & developing hairdressing staff
✨ A qualified hairdresser with experience in both women’s and men’s cuts
✨ Strong customer service background with a deep understanding of client retention and satisfaction
✨ Recruitment and team development experience
✨ Strategic thinker with a flair for business and a desire to lead with purpose
✨ Comfortable working toward and meeting KPIs
✨ Willingness to collaborate with the Director on marketing strategies, customer engagement campaigns, and business growth plans
✨ Worldly perspective, fresh energy, and a positive, uplifting vibe

The Role:

·        Lead, coach, and mentor junior and senior stylists

·        Ensure every client has a consistent, top-tier salon experience

·        Drive customer satisfaction, team performance, and client retention

·        Assist with recruitment and onboarding

·        Collaborate with the Director on strategic marketing, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

·        Regularly track and work towards KPIs across service, retail, and rebooking

·        Be an ambassador of our brand, our values, and our community presence

·        Occasionally jump on the floor when needed — but your main focus is leadership & Management of the Wild & Savvy Team
