Salesforce Business Analyst with Lending Domain Knowledge - Australian Citizen- Sydney/anywhere in Australia The Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and translate business processes into functional specifications. This role will also support the team in understanding the customer journey, data remediation, and ensuring that the solution is fit for business needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand current processes and pain points. Document requirements and design solutions that will provide a single view of the customer and loan data. Work closely with Salesforce developers and the Solution Architect to ensure that the technical solution meets business requirements. Support the testing phase by preparing test cases, conducting user acceptance testing, and managing change requests. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in loan management and review processes. Support the rollout and adoption of new processes and functionality. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce or financial services projects. Strong understanding of lending/loan management processes, particularly in arrears management. Experience working closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proven track record in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Australian Citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance preferred.
