Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join a highly successful team in Melbourne. You will be at the forefront of expanding market share in the modular construction sector, forging strong relationships with key industry players, and driving sales through your passion for the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers to provide tailored solutions that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector, particularly with architects, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and market dynamics to inform your sales strategies.
Provide ongoing support to clients, offering expert advice and guidance on modular construction products and services.
Work with your manager to execute sales plans and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
What You Bring:
Experience in sales or business development within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on modular or prefabricated products.
Knowledge of modular construction components, processes, and industry regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Self-driven and customer-focused with a passion for closing deals and driving results.
Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and collaborate with a supportive team.
Willingness to travel when necessary to meet clients and attend events.
On Offer:
Competitive salary of $90k–$110k + Super + Car + commissions
