Sales and Operations Administrator/Coordinator

The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for a highly organised and proactive Sales and Operations Administrator to join our growing team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales, operations, and finance functions — from order processing and client invoicing to inventory coordination and monthly revenue settlements. Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Support the sales team with generating quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
Maintain CRM records and update client details and sales pipelines
Coordinate internal handovers from sales to operations for smooth client onboarding
Provide prompt and professional customer communication
Operations Support
Answer support calls, create job tickets and assign job to engineers
Create and issue client invoices accurately and on time
Manage monthly settlement of client parking revenue, including reconciliation and reporting
Chase outstanding payments
General Administration
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation and data entry
Assist with processing purchase orders, supplier invoices, and customer billing
Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and customer experience
About You
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administration
Experience using CRM and ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite)
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Confident working both independently and in a team environment
Comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-driven business
Nice to Have (but not essential):
Experience in the parking, access control, or property technology industries
Familiarity with invoicing, financial reconciliation, or payment collection processes
