The Gig
Handling event inquiries and creating contracts and proposals
Assisting in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Preparing for client site inspections and meetings
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, assisting with billing, and updating event orders
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution of events and marketing initiatives
Managing digital content updates and assisting with community engagement efforts
Supporting the Marketing & Community Manager with reporting, coordinating PR, photo shoots, and media requests
About You
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a hospitality or hotel environment
A strong understanding of marketing and sales processes, with the ability to coordinate events and manage content
A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar office applications
A passion for the Ace Hotel brand and culture, with a desire to contribute to our dynamic team
Previous experience in Delphi, Salesforce, Infor, Cvent, or Lanyon is a plus
