The Gig

  • Handling event inquiries and creating contracts and proposals

  • Assisting in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

  • Preparing for client site inspections and meetings

  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, assisting with billing, and updating event orders

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution of events and marketing initiatives

  • Managing digital content updates and assisting with community engagement efforts

  • Supporting the Marketing & Community Manager with reporting, coordinating PR, photo shoots, and media requests

About You

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a hospitality or hotel environment

  • A strong understanding of marketing and sales processes, with the ability to coordinate events and manage content

  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar office applications

  • A passion for the Ace Hotel brand and culture, with a desire to contribute to our dynamic team

  • Previous experience in Delphi, Salesforce, Infor, Cvent, or Lanyon is a plus
