THE ROLE:You will be an
experienced salesperson already with also new business development capabilities, however, you will not be left working alone as the company has multiple lead generation processes in place to support you and you will be helped and supported by the company director to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in the role, and that coupled with your new ideas on developing and expanding their market share throughout the local and greater Sydney areas as you territory.
The suitable candidate will also be given the opportunity to develop a team of salespeople around you in this role once you are settled and confident in your position making this role become a Sales Management position as the employers ultimate aim.

THE REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role you must be able to display a proven sales history selling a service rather than a product with the ability to explain yourself clearly and methodically on first contact right through to the close of the sale. And you will understand and be able to close a sale.
You will spend some of your time in the office speaking to sales opportunities, booking appointment, quotations & general salesperson office ytasks and the rest of your time on the road visiting clients and new business opportunities so good time and diary management is a must.
Candidates with police, military or prior previous security industry experience or industry understanding are encouraged to apply, as are very good salespeople if that sounds like you??? indeed, you may

THE ESSENTIALS: - You must meet the requirements to hold a Class 2B Security licence.
- Hold a Current NSW Driver's Licence

THE PACKAGE ON OFFER?Package & OTE - Circa $80.000pa to $150.000pa+++ including salary, Bonus/ Commission Structure, Laptop, Mobile Phone, Work Station Benefits & Ongoing support and relevant training as required.
(Salary negotiable depending on sales and/ or security industry experience)
