About the Role

Join one of South Australia's largest and most dynamic used car departments as an Aftercare Sales Consultant. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling a range of aftercare products and accessories while delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI’s
• Follow up with current and future customers
• Maintain high level of product knowledge
• Align with our business values “Safety First”, “Can Do”, “Ask the Question”, “Do the Right Thing”, & “Mutual Respect”

Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience in the Automotive industry highly regarded but not essential

• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer oriented approach
• Ability to build customer relationships and connections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Solid negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Drivers licence required
