Sales and Marketing Manager

Kwik Kopy Printing Circular Quay (Angaga Pty Ltd ATF Tuit Family Trust; formerly Nick Tuit Pty Limited) is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join and lead its team. 

Benefits

We offer an annual basic salary of $80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation. The successful candidate will also be entitled to other benefits provided under the law. 

Task & responsibilities

The role of a Sales and Marketing Manager will perform duties and responsibilities, including the following: 

• Manage and direct customer sales and marketing activities and the end-to-end solutions provided to customers in line with consumer expectations and company standards
• Manage and lead teams in developing and implementing advertising, market plans and policies, in collaboration with key stakeholders to optimize budget allocation and ensure successful execution
• Direct and control sales methods and arrangements by setting prices and credit arrangement to ensure that business achieves its sales targets
• Manage internal and external marketing stakeholders to develop and implement clear marketing strategies, merchandising methods and distribution policies, in line with the business strategic objectives
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to launch initiatives to increase the quality of customer service, reduce customer response times and increase overall customer satisfaction
• Plan, manage and control the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including in social media platforms, if necessary

Qualification & experience

The successful candidate must have the following:

• Bachelor's degree or higher 
• At least one year full time work experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager  
• Excellent sales, marketing and customer service skills
• Outstanding performance and digital marketing skills
• Exceptional management and leadership skills 
• Ability to manage and work with a team
