Your Day to Day:

Lead brand development efforts, ensuring a consistent presence across all channels.

  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand direction.
  • Managing sales and marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and strong return on investment.
  • Supporting lead generation and marketing teams to drive new sales, manage advertising campaigns, and improve customer retention.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key advertising partners and suppliers.
  • Monitoring market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to continuously refine and optimise sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Supervising sales staff to ensure alignment with company goals and policies 

Qualifications and work experience required for the position

  • 5+ Years Sales and Marketing Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Team management skills
  • Experience in B2B sales and direct marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing techniques.
