About the Role
We’re expanding, and we want you to be part of our exciting growth journey! As a dynamic Sales Administration Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Business Development Managers, while collaborating closely with our Operations and Construction teams.
Our Wholesale division is on an exciting growth trajectory, and this is your chance to join a fast-paced, thriving team. Get ready for a role that will keep you engaged, challenged, and constantly evolving. You’ll be an integral part of our success with some of the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage data entry with precision and efficiency.
Provide vital administrative support to the sales team and ensure seamless operations.
Be the go-to person for general office support, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Answer calls and direct inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Support Sales Channels and Business Development Managers to ensure top-tier service is delivered to our valued business partners.
Offer strong administrative support across different departments and managers as needed.
Assist in creating and distributing the HIA building contract, and efficiently manage any associated contract inquiries.
Keep up-to-date with the latest land information and provide essential updates as required.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday / 8.45am – 5.00pm
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy, growing environment and can bring enthusiasm and attention to detail to the table. To be successful, you’ll have:
1 to 2 years’ experience in residential construction as an administrator or sales associate (Wholesale experience is a plus!).
Knowledge of volume builders or land sales (highly desirable).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
A solid understanding of standard building codes and regulations.
