Are you a driven Safety Advisor with a passion for remote infrastructure delivery and field-based safety leadership?

Join us on a critical water infrastructure upgrade located near Mackay, QLD. We’re seeking a contract Safety Advisor (FIFO from Brisbane or based locally in Mackay) to oversee HSEQ outcomes during construction.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting day-to-day site safety, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and audits
• Monitoring compliance with WHS legislation, internal policies, and client requirements
• Leading and participating in incident investigations and reporting
• Coaching and guiding site teams in safe work practices and behaviours

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum Cert IV in WHS; ideally Diploma WHS or equivalent
• Experience in safety leadership within civil, electrical, or infrastructure projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work a 14:7 FIFO roster (or locally based)

Contract Duration: June 2025 – April 2026
