As a Child Care Room Leader, you will be responsible for:
Provide a day-to-day guidance to a team of educators, helping to build a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Creating, planning, implementing, evaluating and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that reflect the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Closely observing children’s interests and developmental stages, using these insights in tailoring activities that support their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
Play-Based Learning:
Encouraging learning through play by setting up a variety of play-based activities, including art, music, games, and storytelling that supported language and social development.
Building strong relationships with families, communicating regularly, and fostering a sense of community.
Helping in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel secure, encouraged, and free to explore. Supporting daily routines with care, including meal times, rest, hygiene, and transitions.
