Retail Manager

Akshara Group Pty Ltd T/A Oporto Balcatta is currently looking for an experienced Retail Manager to run their Balcatta Oporto Store. 
As a Retail Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the  store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

Task & responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of staff in a fast paced environment
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order stock as needed
• Train and develop staff to meet performance goals
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Assisting Director in Budgeting on a monthly basis
• Maintaining records of daily financial transactions
• Selecting, Training and Supervising of staffs on a regular basis

Qualification & experience

• Previous experience of at least 1 Year Full time as a Retail Manager in similar industry
• Minimum Qualifications of Diploma or higher 
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
