We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our subway store.

Task & responsibilities

• Operational Management:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

- Maintain Subway's standards in food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

- Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Team Leadership:

-Recruit, train, and manage team members to deliver exceptional service.

-Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.

-Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Financial Management:

-Monitor and manage budgets, sales targets, and expenses.

-Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

-Prepare financial reports, including sales analysis and inventory reports

• Customer Focus:

-Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally.

-Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a top-tier experience.

-Develop promotional campaigns to attract new customers

• Inventory and Stock Management:

-Manage inventory levels, order stock, and minimize wastage.

-Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure accurate record-keeping

Qualification & experience

• 1-2 Year experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in the food and beverage or quick-service restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
