Wrapping Freshness Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead daily operations at our Subway store in North Richmond. In this hands-on role, you will oversee store performance, manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service in line with Subway’s brand standards.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of our Subway store, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, train, and supervise staff, ensuring excellent team performance and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and achieve business targets.
- Manage stock levels, order inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure store compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor financial performance, analyse sales data, and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure stores maintain Subway’s branding, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
Qualifications & experience
- A Diploma or higher qualification in business, retail management, or a related field OR at least 3 years of relevant work
experience. - Previous experience in quick-service restaurant (QSR) management or retail management is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage stock, sales, and operational performance efficiently.
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
