The Role:

• Attend restoration jobs (water, fire, and mould) across SE QLD
• Set up drying equipment, extract water, and assess damage
• Work closely with customers, providing excellent service and reassurance
• Complete reports and keep accurate job records
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Work both independently and as part of a supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in restoration or a hands-on trade (IICRC certification a plus, but not required)
• Strong customer service skills and pride in your work
• Physically fit and able to lift equipment
• Current driver’s licence (manual preferred) 
• Able to work flexible hours when needed
