About the role
-
Provide exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly

Manage workload and follow company procedures to increase productivity and ensure effective operations of the restaurant

Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service including addressing guest needs & concerns

Support restaurant management team in the end-to-end running of the restaurant

Lead By Example by embodying our company's values and fostering a positive work culture
About you

Passion for People: customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service

Communication Skills: outgoing, bubbly & enthusiastic personality with great customer service and communication skills

Adaptability: ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail

Experience: at least 2 years restaurant experience and at least 1 year previous hands-on experience in a people management role with a basic understanding of POS ordering systems and a valid RSA

Positivity: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic

Flexibility: availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
