• Manage and oversee the entire cafe operation
• Deliver superior customer services and ensure good service by accepting feedback
• Plan new and update existing menus by consulting with the Head Chef and management
• Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
• Organise to participate at local food events
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts of floor staffs
• Recruitment and training of new employees, whilst evaluating staff performance.
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory for daily restaurant service and special functions (as per the customer requirement)
• Manage supplies, control costing, and minimize waste
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
• Relevant qualification at the level of a Certificate III in management or higher
• The position requires the manager to have essential skills such as interpersonal skills, Organisational Skills, Customer Service Skills, Commercial Awareness, Problem Solving and Teamwork.
• Requirement to work on weekends
