We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Froth Craft Brewery’s award-winning venue in Exmouth, WA.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest service, team leadership, compliance with liquor licensing laws, and coordination with the kitchen and brewery departments. You will work closely with senior management to achieve operational goals and uphold the company’s high standards.

Task & responsibilities
- Manage and train front-of-house staff
- Create staff rosters and control wage costs
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and liquor licensing
- Oversee customer service quality and resolve any guest concerns
- Coordinate events and functions
- Monitor stock and order supplies for front-of-house operations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, accounts, and brewery teams
- Maintain a safe and welcoming workplace environment
Qualification & experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of WA liquor laws and RSA
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- Experience in staff training and performance management
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service (craft beer, wine, etc.)
- Ability to manage budgets and KPIs
- Advanced computer literacy
- Approved Manager Certification (Required)
- Must have Australian work rights
