THE ROLE

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic self -starter, someone who can work both autonomously and within a team environment. It’s imperative the candidate is the right fit for our culture and preference will be given to those of who can demonstrate a successful track record managing group housing and medium density sites, as well as traditional single and double storey homes.

 Key responsibilities of the role include:

• On time and on budget delivery of product whilst maintaining a high standard of quality on all projects.

• Effective communication to customers and staff through progressive stages of construction.

• Responsible for engagement and supervision of trades from site start to handover.

• Manage on site compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices, policies and procedures so to de-risk any on site incidents.

• Ensure our high levels of customer satisfaction are adhered to.

THE CANDIDATE

First and foremost we are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude who is looking for a company to reignite their career. A motivated team player would also need key attributes as: 

• Minimum of 5 years in residential construction supervision preferably with a volume builder.

• Current Building Supervisor license, preferably 2 or 3 storey and current white card.

• Strong communication skills and a real understanding of time management.

• Ability to delegate and manage construction programs autonomously.

• Highly motivated individual with a positive outlook and willingness to find solutions to achieve desirable outcomes.
