About Mental Health Division:
Northern Health is the third largest mental health service in Victoria Northern.
Within the Mental Health Division, we pride ourselves on providing high quality mental health services to people living in the northern regions of Melbourne, and work in a collaborative way with consumers and carers based on recovery principles.
We aim to provide strong clinical leadership to support all staff in the provision of professional treatment and care by our integrated community teams, inpatient, and residential services.
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for enthusiastic Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) / Psychiatric State Enrolled Nurse (PSEN) to join our Mental Health Nurse Pool at Northern Health.
The requirements are:
The Mental Health Nurse Pool position requires the applicant to work across the Northern, BHS & Bundoora Mental Health Units (including acute adult, aged and residential care services) within your skillset and Scope of Practice.
Nurse Pool are responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient centred care, within their scope of practice whilst observing the legislative requirement of the role and practising according to the Northern Health and Campus specific Policies and Procedures across all sites of Northern Health.
Working across all sites of Northern Health you will be exposed to a multitude of mental health nursing areas supporting your development of a diverse range of skills.
