The role: Permanent shifts are available for an experienced Registered Nurse to support high quality clinical care and wellbeing at ACH Group’s Residential Care Home Kapara located in Glenelg South.

Working closely together in a multidisciplinary team, you will undertake nursing assessments, develop care plans and coordinate reviews, ensuring that Residents have a good life through inventions that promote independence and decision making by individuals.

Shifts available – 0700 to 1530 – 56 hours a fortnight.

Week 1

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2

Monday, Thursday and Friday  

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct assessments, reviews, coordinate care plans and nursing interventions for residents
  • Support the utmost wellbeing of residents
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Doctors, Enrolled Nurses, Care Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support residents 

About You!

You are a talented and passionate Nurse. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care. 

  • Demonstrate significant experience as an RN
  • Ability to maintain appropriate standards and systems to the highest quality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level of clinical competence
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate computer skills

You will need:

  • A nursing qualification and current registered nurse registration with AHPRA
  • To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
  • A satisfactory police clearance for in aged care that is less than 12 months old before commencement
