We have Casual opportunities for experienced Registered Nurses, where you will be a comfort to our residents, - being a great nurse is all about how you make people feel. On a typical day, you’ll:

• Deliver attentive, high-quality clinical care that supports the health and wellbeing of our residents
• Accurately complete and maintain clinical documentation in line with best practices
• Provide guidance and mentorship to care staff, supporting their growth and development
• Champion a strong safety culture by role modelling safe work practices
• Take pride in your work, upholding exceptional standards of care and professionalism

You’ll be someone who is empathetic and who’s previously worked in an aged care home. You’ll also have:

• Experience working as a Registered Nurse
• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANAAC
