About the role
As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for advocating and care of our clients for both respite and ongoing services across various shifts in Hospitals, community and Aged Care Facilities in the local area. We seek those who are compassionate, ability to work autonomously and dedicated enjoy building relationships with our clients.
 
What your day will look like and desirable skills:

• Residential Aged care
• Medical/Surgical nursing
• Wound Care
• Completing and reviewing care plans
• Registered Nurse In charge of care shifts, replacing sick calls, medication management, staff education and overseeing clinical care
• Ability to positively lead a team (previous leadership experience desirable)
• A passion for helping others
• Excellent communication skills
• Wound care knowledge and experience
• NDIS experience

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Experience working within a range of health care settings
• Aged Care experience
• Australian Citizen or have work rights for Australia
• Evidence of 2024 flu vaccination
• Evidence of 3x Covid vaccinations 
• Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker screening check
