What To Expect From a Regional Sales Manager Position
Develop and build relationships with industry expertsSelling a trusted brand of over 30 yearsHigh cold calling environment and approaching cold leadsThis will be on the phone every day for the first few months type role – building relationshipsSet your week how it works best for you, especially with client visits and lead managementbeing comfortable approaching new clients in the commercial Landscaping spaceSome warm leads from existing clients and associationsEstablished customer base with the opportunity to work with continual referrals stillInternal support from experts in the industry who have been doing this for decadesBuild and present customer focused proposals to clientsDevelop and manage your own new client portfolio as you build itSupport from an experienced sales and marketing team giving you what you need to succeed.Up to date technology apps and services provided to make your job easier
What Will You Need
People skills is a must and high priority for this positionA driven attitude with a desire to consistently look for new work.Experience with selling a service over a product is highly desirableTrade qualification or Degree in Business/Landscaping is advantageousExperience in a Recruitment, Marketing or real estate would be advantageousOutstanding negotiation and networking skillsIndependent and confident in your time management skillsNot afraid to make calls to cold leads and warm leads alike
