The role:

Due to an upcoming parental leave we have a fixed term 12-month opportunity as a Regional Manager with our Sydney South and Illawarra Team.

How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:

• Drive growth and elite business, work and wellness performance
• Continue WorkFocus’ journey towards being the biggest and best wellness and work provider in NSW
• Implement strategies to proactively manage RTW performance to meet state benchmarks
• Foster our employer-of-choice environment to ensure individuals are meeting professional development and career goals
• Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the organisation
• Embed a culture that always maintains a customer focus
• Create and nurture strong outcome-driven relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting to the Area Manager of NSW

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Tertiary Allied Health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and relevant accreditation. 

Highly suited to:

• An experienced Team Leader, Injury Management Specialist or Account Manager looking to take a step up into a Regional Manager role.
