We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a casual full-time basis.

About the role:
- Provide recruitment support across 5 WA sites and our Forrestdale workshop
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: preparation, sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, and onboarding
- Work closely with our Mobilisation Coordinator to ensure smooth workforce deployment
- Support our people and culture
- Create engaging job advertisements and marketing campaigns to attract top talent
- No KPI’s – We just want the best talent!
- Maintain and grow our talent pool and candidate database
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders

Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 12 months recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting Drill Fitters, HD Fitters, Blast Hole Drillers, Shotfirers, Blast Crew and Machine Operators (Desirable)
- Proven experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (Page Up Desirable)
- Experience using Seek and LinkedIn
- SEEK Talent Search experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent problem-solving abilities
- Australian driver’s license and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical
