Recruitment Assistant

CT Group offer tailored workforce solutions providing short & long term personnel to companies within Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing – Blue Collar and White Collar industries.

We are currently seeking to employ a Recruitment Consultant in our Springwood office. 

This position is Monday to Friday with a monthly RDO.

This role will be ideally suited to someone who has had a background in construction or civil recruiting or providing resources to an industrial industry.

About the role:

As the Recruitment Consultant you will be offered the opportunity of working within and supporting our existing team of a senior recruitment consultants and account managers.

This role will not require you to do any sales and will focus on you supporting the team and existing client base.

Essential Criteria:

• At least 2 year of recruitment experience ideally casual labour hire experience. 

• Ability to screen, interview and on-board casual employees

• Ability to be self-driven and motivated and to complete tasks.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritise & multi task in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work autonomously when needed.

• Competent computer skills able to undergo training in use of FastTrack360 and recruitment software.

• Display a value for customers and colleagues respecting those around you.  

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Handling high volume incoming / outgoing emails and calls

• Onboarding and shortlisting potential candidates 

• Keeping an up to date and active candidate standby list

• Administration tasks including advertisements, database management, filing & collating employee documents and general recruitment based administration tasks.
