We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates alike, and we are looking for a passionate, organised, and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our small team.
The Role:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. You will be the backbone of our recruitment team, helping us provide a seamless experience for candidates and clients alike. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating candidate databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates and clients.
- Assisting with the preparation of candidate profiles and job descriptions.
- Handling job postings on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Assisting recruitment consultants with administrative support for candidate searches.
- Responding to candidate and client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Preparing and sending out offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintaining recruitment files and records in line with company policies and compliance standards.
- Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Previous experience with recruitment software or databases is a plus.
