About the Role:

This is a front-of-house position where you'll play a vital role in delivering a warm, compassionate, and professional first impression to our clients—many of whom are going through difficult times due to injury. You'll also support our legal professionals and visiting barristers by keeping our reception and meeting spaces running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming injured clients with empathy, care, and professionalism

• Managing a high volume of incoming calls and directing them appropriately

• Looking after the boardroom and meeting rooms to ensure they are always presentable

• Dealing with barristers and other legal professionals visiting the office

• General front desk duties

What we’re looking for:

• Customer service experience (any industry – retail, hospitality, call centre, etc.)

• A bright, bubbly personality with a natural ability to make people feel comfortable

• Empathetic, caring, and understanding nature

• Excellent phone manner and strong verbal communication skills

• Professional presentation and a friendly, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
