THE ROLE

• Full-time, hybrid position based in Melbourne

• Collaborate closely with our Creative Director and wider content team

• Edit a mix of real estate films, lifestyle content, social reels, and branded videos

• Help shape the visual identity of Holdt Media across every platform

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of editing experience, ideally in digital media or real estate

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a major bonus)

• Strong in color grading, sound design, and motion graphics

• Sharp eye for pacing, tone, and narrative flow — and a portfolio to prove it

• Up to date with content trends, buyer behavior, and what performs online

• Thrive in fast-turnaround environments and love collaborating with a team

• Open to feedback and always pushing your creative boundaries
