VDS Contract Manufacturing Pty Ltd is a Contract Manufacturer of Therapeutic and Food supplements. VDS is a family owned and operated business that has seen large growth over the past 7 years. Qualifications & experience 

·         Minimum of bachelors degree is required. 

·         TGA manufacturing experience is desirable 

·         Experience in a production facility or machine operator is desirable. 

·         Ability to work autonomously and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines. 

·         Solutions driven and a can-do attitude 

·         Confidence to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

·         Development experience with capsule is required.

Tasks & responsibilities 

·         Supporting R&D projects and working with cross-functional teams to enhance product and process projects. 

·         Conducting routine testing on R&D samples. 

·         Conduct trials and manage sample and sample approvals. 

·         Conduct sensory testing and evaluation. 

·         Liaise with other departments to support existing products and work on product maintenance. 

·         Capability to understand material and material properties to be able to amend them as required by the product.

·         Performing capsule testing for R&D and production.

·         Performing necessary R&D steps like density checks, packaging checks etc.

·         Speaking to customers on their products and following their feedback and ideas to develop the product.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales and may be asked to perform some ad hoc tasks not mentioned above.
