WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of light vehicles, including cars, SUV's and light commercial vehicles

• Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety

• Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken

• Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment

• 5 Day working week

• Suspension & brake repairs

• Pre-purchase inspections and electrical diagnostics

• Transmissions and engine repairs where needed

• Maintaining a clean and safe repair workshop.
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Formal qualification in light vehicle automotive repair, such as a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified light vehicle mechanic

• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with STAFF

• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and efficient service delivery

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• Must have own tools and steel cap boots

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Valid QLD drivers licence

• Australian working rights

• Mechanical interest or experience

• Willingness to learn
