The Role

We’re on the lookout for a QA Automation Engineer who’s passionate about quality and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a diverse and rewarding role that spans across multiple platforms — including payment terminals, mobile apps, desktop, server, and web applications.

You’ll be a key part of our QA team, driving test automation and working closely with developers to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Please note: This is an on-site role based at our Hawthorn office. Remote work is not available for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using TestComplete

• Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins

• Track and manage bugs and test cycles using Jira

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product quality and reliability

• Continuously enhance testing processes and frameworks

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in QA automation and software testing

• Hands-on expertise with TestComplete, Jenkins, and Jira

• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)

• Experience with load testing tools and methodologies

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices

• Sharp analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal

Bonus Points

Experience with any of the following is highly regarded:

• Payment terminals or payment processing systems

• ISO8583 or AS2805 messaging protocols

• EMV contact or contactless technologies

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation
