Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Kilmore, VIC. The Property Manager will handle the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties, including leasing, tenant relations, and property inspections. Responsibilities will also include maintaining property records, coordinating maintenance work, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Property Manager will communicate regularly with property owners and tenants to address any issues or concerns promptly.
