Property Manager

Cairns Key Real Estate is a boutique agency servicing over 140 residential rental properties ranging from houses to apartments across the Cairns region for over 20 years priding ourselves on quality service and attention to detail. A large portion of our rental properties are new homes in newly developed estates.

We are looking for a property manager who has a minimum of 2 years experience to join our team, who is looking to take on more responsibility.   The position is fulltime Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm with no weekend work (although we would consider a 4 day week as an option).  Our minimum requirements are:

• Previous residential property management experience

• Current real estate license

• Driver’s License

• Excellent communication skills

• Time Management skills

• Sound knowledge of - Word, Excel, Console Cloud (or similar)
