Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Property Management team.

This role provides hands-on experience in managing SDA properties and understanding the operational, compliance, and stakeholder engagement aspects of disability housing. Ideal for students or recent graduates in property, real estate, social work, or business.

  • Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day property management activities including tenancy onboarding, inspections, and condition reporting.
  • Support with tenant communications, support coordination, and SIL provider liaison. Help organise repairs, maintenance requests, and contractor bookings.
  • Participate in the SDA property enrolment process and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain internal systems such as property registers, participant files, and invoicing records.
  • Contribute to reporting, marketing coordination, and client support.
  • Attend site visits, property handovers, and post-move-in checks where appropriate.

Learning Outcomes:

Practical understanding of SDA operations and NDIS compliance frameworks. Experience in managing tenancies within a complex care environment. Improved organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to CRM tools, property management software, and industry documentation. Insight into ethical and person-centred approaches to housing for people with disabilities.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
