Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for property analysis and business development? JLL are seeking a talented Property Analyst to join our Work Dynamics team and play a crucial role in expanding the parcel locker network for our client Australia Post.
As a Property Analyst, you'll support the Business Development Lead in identifying and evaluating potential locations for Australia Post's parcel locker network expansion. You'll utilise advanced data analysis techniques to drive strategic decision-making and contribute to the growth of this innovative initiative.
An overview of the role:
Analyse business development briefs and provide data-driven insights Identify and prioritise high-potential partnership opportunities using multiple datasets Develop and present comprehensive data insights to refine business development strategies Maintain and improve a database of market intelligence and property information Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure actionable data insights Identify process improvements and innovative approaches to data analysis
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field Strong analytical and research skills with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in data analysis, visualisation tools, and CRM systems Experience in interpreting complex contracts and leases Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
