The role
We are looking for a skilled Property Accountant to join our Finance team and support a diverse portfolio of assets. Working closely with the Financial Controller and Divisional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, audit requests, and statutory compliance. We are looking for a skilled finance or accounting professional who has either commenced or completed their CA/CPA qualifications. Ideally, you will have relevant experience in finance, with a strong preference for those with a background in the property sector.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines effectively. Strong stakeholder management experience is essential, as you will be building and maintaining relationships across the business. Proficiency in SAP and Anaplan is highly regarded, along with advanced Excel skills.
